Diapered & Deposed

Princess Zi… Fifi… kneeled in front of the mirrored wall. The leash tied her new collar to the Barre. Her old ballet studio, now ‘the pup’s playroom’. Miss had chosen it specifically so she couldn’t help but see how far she had fallen. The diapered deposed princess.

In the corner behind her was a dog’s kennel. Sure it was pink and had been dressed up with a fluffy mat, fairy lights and a dreamy mesh canopy, but it was still a kennel. Her kennel as she had been informed. She would be spending every night there unless Miss wanted her in bed for the night.

She could see all the trappings of a pet’s space. The bowls she would be drinking and eating from. The toys she was to play with, both puppy toys and baby. There were plenty of other baby things as well. Changingtable stacked with diapers, lotions and powders. A highchair for special occasions.

All these things were merely a distraction from the main focus for her though. Right in front of her was a girl who used to be the ruler of this palace. Now she kneeled, all but naked, with her tongue hanging out and her paws up in the ‘begging position’ just as she had been instructed to do. She was a pet to a barbarian queen now and she ‘needed to learn to look like the dumb pup she was’. There weren’t even tears in her eyes anymore. No, she was accepting what she was now. It hadn’t even taken a full weekend to break her. Miss had been diligent in her fast training.

Now the little pup was in front of a mirror, her absurdly sized diaper squishing against heels, still sticky from her last ‘treat’. Only the thickest padding for the little piddle pup princess. At least that’s what Miss said as she helped her make sure the back was used just as well as the rest.

The little bell on her collar jingled as she bounced reminding her she used to be a mighty sabertooth tiger, a kitty… but now she was a pup. She still had her tiara, but that was more of a joke now. Yet another reminder of how far she had come.

As she took in the reflection before her, the door opened behind her to reveal Miss Noroca, queen of the barbarians, owner of this little princess pup. Her bouncing got faster and her eyes lit up. “WOOF WOOF!”

Who was she kidding? Broken? She had invited the big wolf in. Practically begged for it, just as she was begging for any praise now.

First Moon Forever 20

The back of my truck was loaded down with boxes and boxes of new stuff for the sprog. I was going to have a word or two with Liliana about having such things delivered to a security company. Sure most things came in unmarked brown boxes, but the larger things, not so much. Bed Rails, set of playpen panels, and then there was the crib. It was all easy enough to explain as a friend that was expecting, that didn’t stop the questions about the crib seeming larger than normal.

Before I headed over, I messaged a few of the wolves to meet me at the lady’s home to unload the mess so I could put it together. An hour later I was busying myself with the monstrous crib when she came by. I didn’t acknowledge her, but she just stood behind me for longer than curiosity’s sake. I grunted, but didn’t turn my attention to her.

“Um, Ronnie?” She finally spoke, more meekly than I expected from one that had won the heart of Liliana.

“Yes pup?” I bit out as I dropped a board on my foot.

“Can I help?” She shyly asked, having moved up behind me.

“I don’t see what help you could be here.” I grunted, fitting the last bolt needed to get the thing freestanding. “Run along and… play.” I could see her from the corner of my eyes as she puffed up her cheeks in frustration. The girl grabbed the box of Bed Rails and drug it down the hall. She knew she was strong enough to carry it easily, the dragging was simply a show of something I didn’t have time to care about.

I chuckled to myself and went back to putting in bolts when from down the hall I heard “Fuck.” I made my way to her bedroom to see she had flipped the mattress over. Obviously not thinking about how easy it was to lift with her new strength. I stealthily slid up behind her and stuck one of her new pacifiers in her mouth.

“Young princesses shouldn’t use such language, child.” And with that I left her stunned to go finish setting up her bed.

First Moon Forever 19

I watched her look around the room in amazement. Ms. Liliana looked at me with a scowl. “What is she seeing?”

“Oh hush lass, the wee wolf is just seeing the world through the eyes of her inner child.” I chuckled softly and gave Rachel’s head a pat. “You know my glamor is strongest the day after mother moon is at her fullest.”

“Winnie, you know I have business to take care of today, look at her, she’s deep in little space right now. Honestly, maybe for the first time even.” I caught her worrying expression.

“Don’t worry lassie, I can take care of your tyke for the day. It’ll be good for her to experience this headspace with no risk of shame.” Liliana nodded, but gave me a pout.

“Now I want to play with my baby girl…”

“There will be time for that later, and ‘toddler’ may be more accurate.”

Liliana fed little miss Rachel her breakfast as I went about getting some things set up for the day. When the alpha had to leave I caught her wiping tears from her eyes. It warmed my heart how she loved this girl for all that she was. It had been some time since I had seen her so whole. I had begun to worry she wouldn’t find what she needed and that’s never good for a wolf as old as she.

The day with Rachel was precious and I did feel bad that Liliana couldn’t be here to see her girl playing with toys in the makeshift play room I had set up for her. Flipping through kids shows it seemed she had quite the affinity for Blue’s Clues. I couldn’t stop smiling as she played along with the little puppy on the TV.  Before the day was up I helped her back into her booster seat and put a plastic apron on the girl.

“Let’s paint a picture for your mommy, okay sweetie?” Rachel looked thoughtful for a moment, but nodded happily. By the time she was done, the paper was covered in a finger drawn picture of two wolves by the river. “Good job sweetie, Ms. Liliana will be home soon, so it’s time to get this place and a little girl all cleaned up.

~~~~~~~~~~
My day felt like a dream. I had played with toys, been incredibly engrossed in the stories of kids shows and even finger painted for the first time since I was four. It was wonderful, but I had wanted to do something since I woke up. I crawled on top of Liliana and growled playfully, but instead of growling back at me as I had hoped, she took my chin in her hands softly and looked into my eyes.
“No ma’am. You’ve been in little space all day and I think it’s still lingering a bit.” I whined and tried to protest, but she continued. “I don’t think tonight is a good time for that, I’m not risking hurting any part of you. No, I think tonight is a night for aftercare.” She pulled me close and wrapped a blanket around us. “We have all the time in the world to do everything our hearts desire and tonight I want to be here for you while you reflect on your day. Tell me all about your little adventure.”
First Moon Forever 18
“Last night was amazing!” I squealed, pouncing on Liliana. She woke up in surprise.
“Oh my Gods. What time is it?” She groaned.
“Ummm… nine?”
“Nine? How are you even awake, not to mention this hyper?”
“I dunno? I woke up and was still really happy?”  She laughed softly.
“Good. I would’ve been more worried if you actually were sleeping in today. So… how do you feel?” She looked me over as she spoke.
“I feel great. Yuki did is… sleeping?”
“Yuki?” Her head cocked.
“Yea, I realized it was really weird that all I could call the wolf girl was… the wolf girl. So I thought Yuki would be good? She reminds me of the little girl in ‘Wolf Children’ and she liked it, so that’s what we’re going with. Did you name your wolf? Oh! Do we only change once a month or…like how does it work?” I know I was going too fast, but I was still super hyped from the night before and couldn’t help it.
“Hold on, hold on.” She got out of bed and it was then that I really realized she wasn’t wearing anything. Involuntarily I let out a low growl as I looked her over. “Down girl. I don’t have the energy you do right now, but later you’re going to pay for waking me up. For now…” She took my hand and stood me up. “We get breakfast.”
Leading me down the hall I could smell the bacon and sausage already. “First off… I never named my wolf. She’s always been more in the background. I know she’s there, but all she shows herself as is instinct. Before you get worried, no it isn’t odd that your wolf has been this vivid and vocal. She seems to also be the inner child you’ve repressed for so long. That reminds me… your job? Does it make you happy?”
“Well…no I guess?” I hadn’t really expected such a huge switch in topics. “Why?”
“Quit. You’ll have to at some point down the road anyways and if you’re not happy, that isn’t good. What have you always wanted to do?”
I stopped just outside the dining room. I honestly had to think about it. There was never one thing that felt like the perfect job for me. Everything I had done so far had just been because it was available when I needed something, but I did realize the last thing that I really enjoyed. “Well… I’ve always wanted to make people happy? Like create things or something like that? There’s never been like, one thing? But different creative things? Writing? Drawing? I thought I could be a director or actor or something at one point?”
“So… content creator. You don’t have to limit yourself to just one thing. You have all the time you could want to just try things. I’ll have Maribelle help you figure things out. No unhappy wolves in my pack and no unhappy babies in my family.” With that she pinched my cheek with a cheesy grin and picked me up despite our height difference. “Morning Winifred.” She chimed as the older woman came in to me being sat in a booster seat.
Winnie rolled her eyes and suddenly Liliana looked to be about five. “What have I told you about that name?”
Liliana let out a squeak. “Sorry sorry sorry, I’ll stop.” And Liliana lifted her magic.
“Good. Now if you’re done being sassy?” She eyed me and I felt like the world was growing around me. Suddenly the booster seat was much more comfortable. “Enjoy your day little one.”
First Moon Forever 17
I ran, the wind in my fur. Down on all fours. I was free. Everything was right. Rachel was happy. Liliana kept pace behind me. The world was mine.
It had started as Rachel exploring herself and her new form, but once she was accustomed to it, she let me take the lead. Everything was new. Of course I had Rachel’s knowledge of things, but it wasn’t the same as just putting my paws to the ground and going. In the back of my mind, Rachel was giving me the information about things I showed interest in. Trees, the river, so many smells!
I found a rabbit and chased it for a good bit, but we didn’t want to hurt it. I could hunt. I could hurt the rabbit, but I knew I didn’t need to. I didn’t have to hurt the bunny to eat, even if it would be so easy. Rachel didn’t want to kill it, and I knew I didn’t either. I just wanted to play. So I did. Until the sun began to peek through the trees.
First Moon Forever 16
I followed her through the gate. Dense trees on either side of the driveway. After about a quarter mile we came out of the woods and I saw the gorgeous wood cabin. Behind it the lake stretched out, water glistening in the morning sun. It was more like something from a painting than what I would ever have expected. I could’ve never in my life anticipated I would be moving into a place like this, to live with the most wonderful woman I had ever met and I had only known her for a week.
I parked beside Liliana and got out to get my bags. Liliana stopped me, grabbing my shoulder and bouncing a little. She was so giddy it made me grin.
“We can get your stuff out later! I want to show you around first.” She gestured at the wilderness around us. “And tonight I’ll show you around this!”
My eyes were wide as I turned to take it all in. Driving up it had already seemed vast, but now that I was out of my car I felt so small. I had never been a real city kid, but I hadn’t been in this much nature either. I felt overwhelmed and at home at the same time. The little wolf in the back of my mind was practically vibrating. It made me realize I was sniffing at the air. My eyes closed and I took in the world around me.
“Good.” I opened my eyes to see mommy watching me and I cocked my head. “You’re allowing the wolf to access her home with you. I’ve seen so many new wolves fight their instincts. It takes them longer to find the balance.”
I blushed and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear. “I guess it doesn’t hurt that I wanted it either?” I mused idly out loud. Liliana pulled me into a big hug.
“It sure doesn’t!” She tugged me along into the house. I stepped through the front door into a cozy little living room. Marsha was on the couch playing a Pokémon game.
“Hi squirt!” She greeted, tilting her head back smiling before going back to the game. I stuck my tongue out at her and laughed. Liliana took me around the house. The kitchen was amazing. There were a couple bedrooms, the master, mine with all my things already setup, two guests and one empty one.
“This… this can be your nursery if you want?” She opened the closet to reveal the stash of diapers and clothes she had already had.
“That sounds fun, but I have wondered why you already had stuff ready?”
“Oh, well, I always hoped I’d find a little girl like you, but diapers are also just comfy.”
I thought for a moment. I really wanted to play with that, so after a beat I burst out “Ooooh! MOMMY IS A CRINKLEBUTT!” Marsha burst into giggle snorts in the other room as Liliana’s eyes widened and she blushed.
“I… well…” She stammered and for a moment I thought I had messed up, but Marsha stuck her head into the room.
“Ma! You found the perfect little brat for you!” She teased and Liliana fought the slight grin.
“Both of you are brats!” She fake whined at us. “And you’re the crinkle butt, I just had to make sure your diapers were comfy enough for such a tiny baby.” My face scrunched up in a huff. I tried to protest, but I couldn’t. My feet shuffled before I bounced over and hugged her.
“Thank you mommy! You picked the cutest, most babyish diapers to introduce me to… me!” Kill them with sweetness, right?
The rest of the day the three of us lounged around the house with games, movies and internet shopping. Marsha and Liliana gushing over how cute the types of things I picked for my nursery playroom were. They were both eating it up and I was living for their praise.
~~~~~~~~~~~

“Again, it is going to hurt at first, but don’t try and fight it. Once it’s over, the pain just goes away.” Liliana gave my hand one last squeeze before stepping away. The sun was just about down, I was encircled by pack and I could feel the wolf getting antsy.

My skin rippled as fur sprouted. My bones ached and shifted. I could feel my organs shutting down while I watched my nose grow out in front of my eyes. My ears stretched and migrated further up my head. My tail burst out behind me. Organs, now rearranged and once again working as they should, made me feel like I was going to vomit for a moment, but instead I lifted my head and let out a howl.

“Oh lass, her fur is white and silver. The girl is beautiful.” Winnie commented. I was beautiful? The wolf girl was very happy to hear this and I hopped on all fours with joy before testing my balance on two. I looked to Liliana in front of me and… “Oh my, it looks like her wolf is as wee as she is!” I had gotten smaller? Liliana, still in human form now looked me in my eyes.

“My little pup.” She cooed, giving my ear a scritch before stepping away to let the change take her as well. The rest of the pack followed her lead.  I watched as her silver grey form emerged before me and grew. She must’ve been over seven foot tall now. I got close and nuzzled into her. My lover, my mommy, my alpha.

First Moon Forever 15

I woke up to a light knock at the door. Instantly I knew Liliana wasn’t in bed anymore and I let out an involuntary whimper before I saw her slip over to the door. She opened it as quietly as she could to let Marsha in.

“Good morning, she’s still asleep. I’m about to head out.” Marsha could see me slowly getting up on the bed and for her credit didn’t give me away. I took aim and left at Liliana, pouncing on her with a giggle.

“Morning mommy!” I squealed.

“Well good morning, puppy.” She purred out. She spun me around off her back and held me like I was really as small as I had appeared the day before. “I’m about to go deal with business, you going to be okay with Marsha today?”

I looked like I had to think about it before nodding. “I think so, it’ll be nice to get to know her better.” Marsha ruffled my hair from behind before pulling my hood back in place.

“Okay, I got the tyke. You better get going.” As Marsha told her to get going, Liliana let me down and I gave her a big hug.

“Have a nice day!” I sang out with a mischievous grin that made her raise an eyebrow before she kissed me on the forehead. She shut the door with a laugh and Marsha waited until we could hear the elevator going down to turn to me.

“Okay, what do you have planned?” She asked, smiling. I rushed to grab my phone and show her my appointment. “Oh! So… she teased you about that movie and…”

“I’m going with pink and lilac highlights!” I blurted out to her amusement.

“And you’re sure you weren’t into this before, ya little mischievous brat?” To which we both got a good little laugh.

~~~~~~~~~~~
We spent the rest of the morning hanging out watching shows before she got me into another of my new outfits, leaving me in the slightly damp diaper from the night before. So I spent the rest of the day in a huff as we went around town. After lunch she finally said it was time for a change, but just put me back in another Lil King before we went to the salon to get pink bangs and lilac tips in my hair.
“You know, she’s going to love it, but the fact that you did it because she teased you is just such a little brat move and I’m here for it.” Marsha admired my hair as we got back in my car to go meet Liliana for dinner.
“Hey, I’m not going to give up who I am. I was going to do something like this soon anyways, so why not now?” I shrugged, starting up my car. When my stereo connected to my Phone, it started playing ‘Trouble by Shampoo’ and we both burst out laughing again.
“Okay, that was perfect, but how do you even know that song?” Marsha asked, still laughing.
“The Power Rangers movie? I was always a little nerd and… Kimberly was cute…” I blushed a little thinking back on my crush for the original pink ranger.
“She’s really nice you know? Amy Jo Johnson?”
“Yea?”
“Oh, yea…I was an extra for the movie, back when I was actually twenty. I was in front of her in the end scene when they’re watching the fireworks. I was so nervous, but she was so sweet and made me feel a lot better.”
“Oh that is so cool! My big sister is a movie star!” I giggled.
“Haha, very funny. Anyways… you’re moving in with Liliana Wednesday? That’ll be your first full moon too, won’t it? How are you feeling about everything?” She sounded concerned.
“Well, being a werewolf has been all I’ve ever wanted, so I’m pretty excited still? I know it’ll probably be different from what I’ve had in my mind, but having mommy and you… I think it’s only going to be better than I had hoped? I got my dream, learned about a part of myself I had kept buried and got a little family all at once. I’m feeling pretty blessed honestly.” I gave her a shy smile as we pulled up to the restaurant. Liliana was waiting by the door when we walked up and literally face-palmed seeing my hair.
“I’m going to have a time with you, huh lil pup?” She feigned exasperation.
First Moon Forever 13
I sat staring at the window as everyone ordered. I could see everyone else as they were, but where I sat was a toddler. I didn’t really notice the waitress leaving or what was ordered. I felt like my entire reality was in question. It was Liliana’s giggling that got my attention. Looking around the table I noticed that she and Winnie both had grins.
“What’s going on?” I looked at myself and seemed normal.
“What do you mean, little miss?” Winnie asked with a slight chuckle. I huffed a little and pointed at the reflection in the window. “Oh, well the world just sees you the same way Miss Liliana does, if she sees fit that is.”
Liliana saw how confused I was and came to my rescue. “Oh dear, do you know anything about the fae?” I nodded, so she continued. “Well, Winnie’s gift was inherited from her grandmother, she was a fae you see. So I can amplify her abilities of glamor. It just seemed easier to talk about you as a child if that was what was seen.” My head was spinning, but as if to help me understand, Winnie started to change her appearance in front of me.
I had never heard of werewolves having anything beyond basic pack magics, but this was wild. I looked back to the window and waved at the little me who waved back. Liliana giggled again and got back to business. “Now, you know that Rachel is now second in command, but at the same time it will be like a princess. She has the power when it counts, but still has to listen to her caretakers day to day. That would be you all… well…” She eyed Nico. “Within reason of course.”
“Whatever. I’m a highly skilled man, I don’t have time to be a babysitter anyways.” Nico scoffed in annoyance.
“Nico, boy, you are nothing more than a very lucky hacker.” Ronnie laughed. “But I agree. Don’t we have more important things to do than take care of the runt?”
“Well of course you have important things to do, but I just want to establish ground rules so there is as little confusion as possible moving forward. The pack is family afterall and Rachel is just the baby of the family now.” I blushed furiously and as if on cue, our waitress placed the sippy cup in front of me and picked up my crayons.
“Don’t you want to color for your mommy?” She asked, offering me the crayons. Liliana nodded, so I took them and started to color the menu. While I colored, I started to focus on what I was doing and not the boring pack business being talked about around me. Only responding with noises and nods when I was asked if I would like to move in with Liliana. At one point I fished my keys out of my purse to give to Ronnie to his dismay. Plans were made for my things to be packed and moved while I still had the hotel room for the rest of the week, but my menu seemed far more important to the little wolf in my mind.
When the food was brought out Marsha hopped up to pull something out of the bag. As she tied the bib around my neck, I blushed looking down at my plate of nuggets and applesauce next to my sippy cup of juice. “Don’t want my little sister getting messy.” She announced with glee to which Lilliana raised an eyebrow.  Marsha blushed herself and grinned, making Liliana smile and nod.
“Thank you sweetie. Very thoughtful.” And as she spoke I saw Marsha suddenly appeared to be about eight. The waitress looking curious for a moment, but smiled.
“What a helpful big sister you are!” She praised Marsha who was taking in her new appearance.
~~~~~~~~~~~

The rest of lunch and the day were pretty low key. Marsha joined us for a bit when we went back to the hotel, she still looked like a kid to me, it seemed pack magic was something I was going to have to learn a lot about.

“So big sister, huh?” Liliana chuckled once we were back in the room. The glamor dropped.

“I mean, is it my thing? No, but it seemed fun, so why not?” Marsha blushed and Liliana smiled.

“Okay, well I think it works fine if Rachel is okay with it.”

“I have always wanted a sister.” I offered with a smile. Marsha gave me a big hug.

“Well pack is family, so you can consider me your big sister!” She seemed very happy with this idea herself.

“Okay, I have to take care of business tomorrow, so you can tag along if you like or you can explore more of the city on your own?” Liliana put on a movie as she spoke.

“I’m off tomorrow if you don’t want to explore alone?” Marsha offered.

“That would be fun! I’d love to get to know my big sister!” I chirped out happily. As the movie started, I recognized it as 100% Wolf.

“You know this is the reason she wanted to be a werewolf right?” Lilliana teased. Marsha giggled and I knew what I wanted to do tomorrow as I stuck my tongue out in a fake pout.

First Moon Forever 12

After taking a shower, I got on the clothes Liliana had picked from yesterday’s purchases. Black and white thigh high socks that came from a pair of purple boots and met with cute purple shortalls with little bats over it and a little black crop top. Under it all was another Pull-up. If you paid attention as I moved you could just see a bit of the waist peeking here and there. I was thrilled. It wasn’t too much, but just enough to feel cute. How had I blocked out this part of myself for so long?

“You ready? I told the inner circle we would meet them for breakfast to make introductions.” Liliana broke me out of my thought and I pranced out of the bathroom and gave her a twirl. “My my, what a cute little girl I have.”

“All your fault! I swear I was tough before I met you.” I laughed, sticking my tongue out at her. “But… I just need to do something first.” I sat on the bed, picking up my phone. I called the number I had so many times to get the voice-mail again. “Hey mom! I know I said I was coming to the city to look for a place, but I was really doing the thing again… and you know, I did it! And I met the most wonderful girl while I was at it.” I smiled up at Liliana who gave me a sad look. “Well… I’ll call again later. Love you.”

“Oh sweetie…” Liliana sat next to me and pulled me into a hug. “How long has it been?” At first I couldn’t say anything. My voice hung in my throat as I fought not to break down. Tears came and gave way to sobs, but when I finally was able to get composed I spoke again.

“Three years.” I choked out. “One night she was fine, the next she was gone. Doctors say a blood clot broke free and it was over quickly. She didn’t suffer, but it’s still so hard to accept.”

“And you call her to hold onto her memory.”

“Yea, she was all I had. I never knew my dad, didn’t even want to look once I was grown up, so when mom went… letting go felt… like I was all alone.”

“Oh, baby… you’ll never have to be alone again. I’m here for you and you have the pack. You have a family again.”

~~~~~~~~~~~
Getting out of the car, Liliana shouldered the bright pink Hello Kitty backpack. I didn’t know exactly what was inside it, but I had at least a guess as to something. She saw the blush on my face and chuckled. “Oh sweetie, this is just in case you get too excited and have an accident. We have to be prepared after all.” This did absolutely nothing to help my blush, quite the opposite actually. I let out a whine as I followed her through the doors.
It was a cute little diner that wasn’t very busy. There were two people at the counter and then a table of a mismatched looking group of people. Liliana led me over to the table and as we went I became very self conscious about my outfit. I tugged at the hem of my shorts. Desperate to make sure they hid the Pull-up, but completely unaware that there was almost no chance it would show to begin with. All I managed was to look more childish as I fidgeted.
“Stop fussing with it, honey. You look adorable.” I pursed my lips in protest, but tried my best to leave it alone. As we took our seats.
“So this is the new puppy?” A grumpy looking man chuffed. He had a thick British accent and wore a very nice looking suit.
“Yes Ronnie, this is Rachel. She is my mate and my little girl.” Liliana’s response brought a shy grin to my already pink face.
He snorted. “I guess that’s up to you then.” He sneered at me as he looked down his nose. I wrinkled my nose and stuck my tongue out at him. I was about to give him a tongue lashing when a smaller woman, who looked to be in her mid-twenties, chimed in.
“Well Liliana, I for one think she’s just precious.” She offered with a song-songy Irish accent.
“Thank you Winnie, dear.” Liliana said with a smile in her voice. Looking around the table, there were seven of us all together. I hadn’t noticed at first, but Marsha was sitting to the right of Mommy… Liliana. I gave her a shy little wave which she returned with a smile.
‘Nice to see you again, sweetie.’ She thought at me. It was nice that she was not only used to my gift, but chose to use it to talk directly to me instead of having me try and converse as embarrassed as I was.
“Ey, I wanna know why we weren’t asked what we thought about turning someone new to bring into the pack.” Barked a man in his thirties. He was dressed in the coolest fashion as if it was still the nineties he seemed to hold himself to a high regard though.
“Excuse me Nico, but I don’t believe even Maribelle would need to come to you for permission to do anything, let alone your alpha. It would be best you learn to remember just who is in charge. I appreciate your skills, but your attitude? Not so much.” Nico shrunk back in his seat. Liliana’s accent was much thicker when she was upset and he could tell he had better shut up. Maribelle, a bookwormish woman in what I would say was in her thirties, smiled shyly at the mention of her. She didn’t seem like the type to want to make waves.
“Now, this was not a meeting to discuss why I decided to turn her or to know how you wouldn’t have done it. No, this meeting was so you could all meet my new baby girl and so that some things could be discussed.” As she spoke the waitress came over. She put a child’s menu in front of me, complete with crayons.
“Well aren’t you just the cutest!? Excuse me, would you like a booster seat or highchair for your little girl?” I was stunned into silence. Little girl? Was she part of the pack too and just playing along?
Liliana smiled at her. “Oh, no thank you ma’am. I think she can be a big enough girl to not need one.”
“Okay, she really is adorable. Such a lucky mommy.” She praised, before taking drink orders. Liliana handed her a big sippy cup for my juice. I was stunned. I couldn’t feel her in the pack bonds, but here she was acting like all she saw was a two year old. Looking around I noticed Marsha, mommy and Winnie were all smiling. I didn’t understand, but when I glanced at the window my jaw dropped. There looking back at me was a toddler wearing the same outfit I was.
First Moon Forever 11
After dinner we curled up on the bed. Liliana put on an old animated movie I hadn’t watched since I was a kid. I scoffed at first, but within ten minutes I was really enjoying myself. I loved it. I loved her. I was hit with the worst thought.
“Do I really love you?”
“What do you mean?”
“I think I love you? But… I’ve known you for all of twenty-four hours. That’s not long enough to love someone.” I couldn’t keep the panic from creeping into my voice.
Liliana paused the movie and held me close. “Breathe. So, did you like me today?”
I gave it a bit of honest thought. I was attracted to her as soon as I saw her. We had an amazing day, even if she had pulled something from deep inside me without me knowing it was there, but I was actually enjoying that. I really did like her a lot. “Yeah?” My voice came out more winsome than I thought it was going to.
Liliana chuckled and gave me another squeeze. “I think when I changed you…” I could feel her grin and I groaned. “… it amplified feelings that were already growing. The pack will know that I’ve claimed you as my mate and maybe that’s adding to it, but I’m not going to push you to love me if you really don’t. That would be awful for me as much as you. For now we can treat it like dating in the fast lane and see how it goes.”
I felt much calmer about everything as she nuzzled the back of my neck and started the movie back up. Wiggling back against her I whispered. “Love.”
Yawning, I stretched out and bumped Liliana. I thought ‘sorry and she mumbled. Still sound asleep. As gently as I could, I got up to get my laptop and as I went to get back in bed I realized I needed to go to the bathroom. After a moment of deliberation, I climbed back into bed and snuggled up close to Liliana. I put the TV on some early morning kids cartoons and started scrolling my usual morning sites while I told my body to let go.
Scrolling through Facebook, I stopped on an ad for a tabletop game Kickstarter that used a plushie batwolf thing to entice you to back the project. “Ooooh! I want that!” I heard a voice and looked around. It sounded like a young girl with a little raspy undertone. “What ya lookin for?”
“Who’s there?” I asked the room. I didn’t see anyone and glancing at the door I saw it was still safely locked.
“Ooooooh! There’s no one in the room silly.” It wasn’t coming from anywhere in the room, it was in my head. Another voice. Again. When I thought about it, it was like I could see who it was now. Like looking into my own mind and finding someone else. But there was no consistency. One second it was a little girl, the next a small silver furred wolf. She looked at me and smiled. “Hi, Rachel!”
In shock, I gasped and let go. My diaper warming and swelling under my pajamas. The little wolf girl giggled. “I didn’t mean to scare the baby! I’m sorry.” I flopped back on the bed and prodded curiously at the diaper.
“Well good morning baby girl!” Liliana teased and I sheepishly looked over at her. “Enjoying your diapers?” I gave a nod.
“It feels so nice! Warm and squishy and… nice. Wait! There’s a wolf… girl… in my head?”
“Oh, you’ve already met your wolf? It usually takes much longer for that! What’s she look like?”
“Silver fur and then a little girl. Sort of back and forth, but constant at the same time? Why is… my wolf? Why is it a little girl?”
“Oh, she’s probably not really, she appears in a form that matches your emotional state. She’s you after all, just the more wolfy you.” The wolf girl giggled.
“I’m little cause you are!” I let out a little huff that made Liliana chuckle.
“Were you feeling like a little girl? Is that what it is? Is my puppy feeling like a baby?” She glanced at my computer and saw the Batwolf. “Oh! That’s a cute plushie! That’s it huh? Little wolf wants a big Batwolf?” I squirmed and hid my face against her. “It’s okay, this is all normal for little puppy girls.” And she held me close as the kids’ show drowned off in the background.
